When activated, your financial stability is at the top of the list.  Don’t stress out about finances, we’ve designed a variety of programs to help you.  Programs such as: Financial Planning, Budget counseling, Consumer Affairs, Debt Management, and Army Emergency Relief (AER) are designed to guide, assist and ease your stress level.  AER has specific eligibility requirements.
