Parent Central Services Information

Child, Youth and School Services (CYS) Parent Central Services is located in the Child, Youth and School Services Office on the first floor of Building 110, NE wing.

All children using any of our CYSS programs must first be registered. These programs include the Child Development Center (CDC), Family Childcare (FCC), School Age Services (SAS), Youth Services (YS), SKIESUnlimited, and Youth Sports & Fitness.

Registration is done by appointment only and appointments can be made by calling (309) 782-0791.

Registration packets for both new and current CYSS patrons can be accessed at this website. Please take time to review the information and print out the forms ahead of time. These forms can also be emailed to you at the time a registration appointment is set up and are available in hard copy format in the CYSS Office.
