Hourly Care Options

Covenant Cottage
    Hourly care is available at the Covenant Cottage for children ages 6 weeks - 12 years on a space available basis. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance but should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency needs will be addressed on a case by case basis. Reservations may be made by calling 782-6793. Cost for hourly care is on a sliding fee scale. Cost for CAT I families is $2.50 per hour & CAT II-VI is $3.50 per hour. Children must be registered through CYSS Central Enrollment. Please contact 782-0791 if you need to make an appointment to register.

Family Child Care
    Hourly care is available in the Family Child Care program on a space available basis. We currently have a designated back up care provider in Moline who provides hourly and emergency care for children 6 weeks-12 years. She is an Army certified and State of Illinois licensed provider. To check for availability, call the Family Child Care office at 782-0813. All patrons must be registered before using hourly care. To schedule a registration appointment, call Central Registration at 782-0791. Cost for hourly care is on a sliding fee scale. Cost for CAT I families is $2.50 per hour & CAT II-VI is $3.50 per hour.

Child Development Center
    Hourly care is available at the Child Development Center for children ages 6 weeks - 5 years on a space available basis. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance but should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency needs will be addressed on a case by case basis. Reservations may be made by calling 782-2816. Cost for hourly care is on a sliding fee scale. Cost for CAT I families is $2.50 per hour & CAT II-VI is $3.50 per hour. Children must be registered through CYSS Central Enrollment. Please contact 782-0791 if you need to make an appointment to register.

School Age/Youth Services
    During the Before and After School Program hourly care is available to all currently registered patrons. Hourly care during school out sessions and summer day camp will be addressed on a case by case basis. Reservations for this program can be made by telephone or in person up to 30 days in advance but should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cost for hourly care is on a sliding fee scale. Cost for CAT I families is $2.00 per hour & CAT II-VI is $2.50 per hour. During the After School program there is no charge for the Middle School participants. Children must be registered through CYSS Central Enrollment. Please contact 782-0791 if you need to make an appointment to register.
