The Rock Island Arsenal (RIA) Information & Referral Program is the key source of integrated information that brings people and services together every day with ease, compassion, and quality to meet vital needs within our Arsenal and surrounding communities. Our vision is for all people to have easy access to information about the full range of services provided in the Quad City communities.
RIA provides Information & Referral (I&R) services using the internet resources and the InfoLINK system. With up-to-date live websites and InfoLINK, RIA I&R is linked to over 3000 Health & Human Services programs in the area. Whether you need assistance with finances, counseling, buying a home or looking for volunteer opportunities this is a good place to start. All RIA military and civilians, along with National Guard and Reserve personnel are eligible for this service. For more information contact your RIA I&R program at (309) 782-0829. Persons living in Iowa, after business hours can reach the state wide InfoLINK I&R service by dialing 2-1-1 on your telephone or going online to http://www3.irissoft.com/iowa.
