MWR Excellence in Action
Nomination Form

    The Excellence in Action Recognition Program recognizes Morale, Welfare and Recreation employees who surpass all expectations.  If you are a customer or employee of any MWR program, you may nominate persons that you feel deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to their customers, MWR, Rock Island Arsenal and the US Army.

    Monthly winners will receive a $50 MWR Gift Certificate, and Excellence in Action Award shirt, a recognition certificate, and placement of their pictures in the MWR monthly newsletter and the Excellence in Action display board in building 110.  All monthly winners will be eligible for the annual Excellence In Action award.  Thank you for your support!
