ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL
ARMY FAMILY ACTION PLAN
FEEDBACK

What is AFAP?  The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) provides a way for Soldiers, Civilian Employees, National Guard, Army Reserve, Retirees and their Family members to let Army leadership know what works, what doesn't work and what they think will fix it.

What can AFAP do for You?  AFAP is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all military personnel and DA employees.  Your submitted issues will be discussed and recommendations made by a work group composed of military and RIA employees at the local AFAP conference on December 14 & 15 2011.  Your input is important.  Fill out and return this survey today! Issues that can be completed or answered through submission of a work or service order will not be discussed at the conference.
